Having trouble reflashing Dynoflash map
The title says it all. I was able to download the stock ROM just fine. I sent it to Al and amazingly I received the new Dynoflash map in less than 6 hours!
Now I'm trying to flash the new map to my ECU but it keeps stopping and the log says "CRC error" and "CRC32 same?"
Does anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong this time? Is it me or is there something wrong with the map? I would guess it's me since Al has a billion times more experience with this stuff than me.
I'm using Ecuflash 1.28 and a 1.3m cable on my IX. I just connected everything and copied my stock ROM again and everything went fine. I tried to reflash the same stock map and I received the same error.
Thanks for your help

I hate to say this, but you might want to post this on the dynoflash forum..
Do you have anything installed in the car that might interfere with the ECU's communication? Turbo Timer, ECU+ or anything like that?
Try a different laptop/computer.. It sounds like it may just be the computer..

Anyone else ever experience this issue? I'm wondering if it is the cable or the computer. Of course my wife left her new laptop at work this weekend so I don't have a different computer to try it out on.
Any help would be appreciated.

As someone before me said make sure you don't have another device that might be using the OBDII lines. It sounds like you are getting communication errors which could be caused be other devices loading or talking on the line.
