ECUFlash / Evoscan / Mitsulogger Questions

You have several problems.. windows ME doesn't have drivers for the tactrix cable, at least current ones specifically for the Tactrix cable.
There is limited .NET support to begin with, and the OS is end of life for microsoft so there is no longer any updates.
Your only option is to upgrade to windows XP assuming your laptop can run it.
Sorry..

I guess thats not something I can do myself...I thought Evoscan stated that Windows ME was 1 of its laptop operating systems? Also, I ordered 1 of the limitless cables for datalogging and reflashing the Evo...not sure if that makes any difference. Thanks

Im having a hard time logging an AEM. It worked for about two days and now it makes Evoscan .99 go crazy.I have to uninstall it in order to log the evo without the wideband hooked up.It tries to reconnect 40 times.

I'm trying to run MitsuLogger, but I'm getting an error message that says "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)". Can anyone provide some insight? Thanks.

The load comment you've heard refers to the load numbers being relative to the boost curve. There is no conversion formula that I know of to calculate boost from load. See the image below for an explanation ...
The boost curve visually follows the load curve. this is why a lot of people will say "You're peak load is XXX ... that's about XX psi."

It depends.. If your comfortable with logging tools and correlating data, then you should be fine with either. If you want the integrated logging, Evoscan has support for several widebands. (Mitsulogger will support widebands also, its just the app isn't being worked on at the moment since I have other things taking up my free time for awhile)
You can also check out ECUEDIT.
Mitsulogger is the only freeware logger tool though..

There is no set boost calculation using the ECU. To log boost, you'll need the JDM MAP sensor or one of many aftermarket kits that incluse an extra MAP sensor. You can calculate boost in EvoScan with the JDM MAP sensor, which is a direct replacement for stock with some minor ROM modification. EvoScan .99 already has the calculation set up for you.
