Is there a way to make CLOSED LOOP richer without touching OPEN LOOP?

As title says i need to make my closed loop richer without richening open loop. Problem is I installed new injectors and tried to play with latency and scaling number but it idles lean (16-17). I have 680 PTE injectors i tried to scale even to 550 and it still would run lean. I have tried to increase latency values up to 2 ms but still than my fuel trims are maxed out and it drops to open loop with AFR 10. I don't have boost leaks and my AFPR always at 42psi.
I don't know what i am doing wrong.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Well here it is. I don't have COM port on this laptop so i had log without wideband but u'll see when rpm goes to 800 or less then my car is in OPEN LOOP AFR 10 and dying that is my problem. In open loop car works OK. My scaling number is 587, and fuel trims u see on this log they r weird because when i use OBD II Scan Tech my trims are way off it is something around 20-25.

scale it lower and see if it helps. i have 650's scaled down to 513, and it idles perfectly. i had to lean out the open loop tables a bit, but it was the only way i could get my closed loop operation right. i tried scaling them to 600 at first, way to lean at idle, tried 575, 550, 535, and finally 513 at stock was the best.
