I tried this patch on my car (96940011) and OMG WTF is going on! After a while of just sitting and idling the car starts going up and down on RPMs up to 2.5k and then eventually holds at 2.5-3k. While my wideband reads 18:1! And fuel trims, rpm, TPS, almost everything on my evoscan logs is all over the place.

I was watching evoscan as I drove and idled and it constantly showed fluctuating knock values (0-180ish). After reading the wideband log I now know it wasn't evoscan that was fritzing . Anybody else have this problem? I transferred all my maps as is from my old rom to here.

This is what worries me the most. Column R is wideband. When it goes up to 18:1 is when the rpm surge happens.

You are better off using V7 - and using either 94170015 or 96530006.. depending what works best for you...

I cant remember this far back

Ok sure. I've been holding off on v7 cause of all the work but I guess this is forcing me to go now.


Btw when is SD 2.0 supposed to be ready?

I have an EVO 5 and I've installed an EVO 8 ecu correctly, the problem that I'm facing is, if I use the Tephra V5 the stationary rev limiter works with no problems, even with the stock EVO 8 map works.

When I install the V7, I'm not able to make the stationary rev limiter work.

Also, I'm not able to make the NLTS work because of the upper clutch switch (it doens't have it)... Is there any way to make those 2 Tephra features work without the clutch switch?
