I just compared the JDM VVT map with USDM stock, they looks big different, so there is no problem with change the USDM map to JDM without changing anything else?

I am sooooo new on this.

Hey this is an awesome thread

So I was dyno tuned by ams back in sept and just friday I installed some 720cc injectors and I've changed the injector scaling to as follows:

Name: fuel.jpg
Views: 0
Size: 78.6 KB

I haven't changed anything else then just taking away a little timing to eliminate a few knock counts.

I also logged fuel trims too

Fuel Trim Low 100%
Fuel Trim Mid 130.469%
Fuel Trim High 98.438%

and these stay solid at those numbers

I've always had a lopey idle with the 272's But I'm just getting a ****ty idle just kinda dips like it might choke & die and its settling down to like 800 maybe below its almost there just seems to be off a couple bush hair's

what to do to remedy this?

your 4 volt votage is crazy high... that has to be wrong. Why dont you try pulling your neg off your battery and resetting your trims and start again. Other then that, raise your idle to about 900 and see how that goes

Okay thank you I will try that around lunch time, I had that 4 alot lower just in another thread someone suggested those settings to me. So taking the neg off the battery resets the fuel trims? I did log fuel trims but can someone tell me where there supposed to be at

off the top of my head they were last at
fuel low 100%
fuel mid 50 something
fuel high 50 something

I will update those numbers probably at lunch when I can grab my laptop

you should see 100's

+ or - 10 is within tolerance... but the closer to 100 the better

now thats for all low, mid, high? Sorry for the dumb question
I've just logged fuel trims with evoscan and mitsulogger I don't have a wideband available right this sec

and if thats so then mine isn't + or - 10% and that would explain the ****ty idle correct?

Yea so I need to get them closer

I've reviewed logs and they all seem to be as follows
low 100%
mid 57.031%
high 62.5%

So the next stupid question is how to get them where there supposed to be?
