I find the idea of the LCD Screen simply awesome. It can replace a lot of gauges and does datalogging. Count me in.

new version seems to be somewhat flakey in connecting to USB.. ie it will conenct, go green and then disconnect straight away.

this morning I had to restart evoscan to get it to work properly.

ps - the spacebar thing is freaking annoying now, I can't even leave evoscan in the background when typing

I was able to download the zip file but when I try to open it from the zip file it gives me an error message- could not find part of the path(data settings xml)

u need to install evoscan 2.5, then OVERWRITE the exe in the 2.5 directory with what is in the .zip

will there be any way to make this work with any other gps units? I just bought a garmin nuvi 260w a few months ago and now that ive seen this I already want to sell it lol.

Download v2.6 beta 5, unzip it, then right click on start, explore, program files scroll down to evoscan folder, then drag/copy the evoscan .exe file you just unzipped to it. Thats what I did, worked for me. Hope this helps.
