truly I try to focus on the EVOs only, I have more than enough to keep me busy. I just don't have time to branch out and do other projects without slowing down my response to other customers.

hey guys, the reason i ask this, is because i recently finished my evo 8 head swap to my 3rg gen eclipse 4g64. within the mounth ill hve the stock evo turbo system installed.
also EVO ECU, intake mani, TB, the works.
i need the best! why? i have everything from idl problems, to not to mention what going to happen when i put the turbo on.
also if they are familuer with the 4g64/63 would be great. im will to drive for a weekend if it would b worth it.
thanks for the input.

I have a bit of knowledge that I've learned doing the Evo ecu swap on my friend's 2g and there are a couple posts in here with some information that myself and others have figured out during the whole process. Your first and primary concern should be with making sure the ecu works with the motor 100% with no cel codes or just minor codes such as the EGR system. Once you get all that figured out then tuning would be your next step. If you run into any problems, please post them up, myself and a few others on here that have done the swap can probably help out.

Really anybody who has tuned a 2.4L EVO will have the exact same experience tuning this dude's car, just in a different shell.

I actually have an EVO ECU in my stratus (same as the 3g eclipse) and its plug and play for manual transmission 3g eclipses. Then just a few periphery bits and you're SES code free and pass emissions anywhere in the US.
