Just found the info I needed for the 2byte to 1byte load scaling:

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ec...-load-mod.html

I made mine 1.3 because I see around 320 at peak torque and this means my scaling should be able to handle around 330.

Great work

However, can you provide us with what MUT values we should log for what? I am afraid I will still get weird airflow numbers....

yes BOTH MUST MATCH.

otherwise you will get funny results.

so you rom had 1.2 and evoscan had 1.3 - so when you are hitting 200 REAL LOAD, evoscan will tell you 216..

Well just got back form testing and no luck at all.

I copied al my tables over into the 96530706 ROM supplied - including my immobilizer code, and flashed my Evo8 AUS/SA 96530006.

Car cranks but it just refuses to start. I have checked an cinfirmed umpteen times that the immobilizer code is correct.
See pic below.

What I am doing wrong?
Thx

Edit:
If I flash my car again with my original ROM 9653006, (the same one which I copied the tables from and pasted into 9630706) , the car starts fine.

"Enable Valet Mode" = 0
"Valet Rev Limit " = 114 rpm

Car still won't start

So for the hell of it, I changed the Valet Rev Limit to 3000rpm with Valet Mode disabled, car won't start.

So I then enabled Valet mode, with the rpm limit still set to 3000rpm, turned the ignition on and held the throttle to the floor for at least 10 secs, and noticed that the Engine light wouldn't flash. which makes me think that it didn't kick over to Valet mode.
Not sure if that is a seperate issue or somehow related to the car also not starting.

FWIW, Valet mode works fine with my old ROM and 5.12 patches.

Just tried the above settings but changed over to the std Evo7base.
Same problem - no change.

Ok, all I will do is change the immobilizer code to mine, and then flash the car with the ROM that came with V7t5.
