What does the car do? no start? start but run bad and die?
Hello Teph
No start at all. Just the cranking from the starter. It is the same effect as with a wrong immobilizer.

Today I can try once again to be sure, but the flashing process was ok.

I'll give it a try once again by switching off all the options.
I double checked the immobilizer code and the valet to be extremely sure.

Report of it later

Hi Tephra. I know that you are a very busy person so I will try to be quick...

For ROM 88840013 you have suitable Map? I want to try another map more accurate and more appropriate to my car modifications.

Can I switch between 88840013(actual ROM) and 888400(14),(15),(16),(17) ROMs only if I change the immobilizer code? I compare 88840013 vs 88840016. Looks the same but I want to be sure.

My ROM map looks much different than most of the maps that I see here. Seems that I don`t have more open options inside. Can I update this map in order to have all the options inside?

When I compare my map with a stock map I found some differences inside my map:

Thank You
Have a Good Day!

Hello teph

I tried once again. No start.
The strange thing is that normally after a flash you hear some flattering from one actuator (I don't know exactly which one).

In this case you hear nothing at all.

Could it be a flashing problem?

When I flash the 5.5 it works fine.

Essentially, it limits the likelihood of XML screw ups, because without his new XML, the ROM won't load into EcuFlash.
So it means that i have ECU ID 88840017 then this 88840617 is working on my ECU?

Sry the thing is i want to be sure before i use it and test it

thanx

I have 88840017, and I'm trying Tephra's mod.

Basically you can try it. If your car also does not start afterwards then there is some bug.

If it doesn't start, you can reflash your current ROM (make a copy first, ok? )
