Aboout my car I want to write to you the modifications that I have at this momment so....maybe you can recomand me some settings that I must do and I can do in order to make the car answer more accurate to this modifications.

Now 88840017 that I have flashed into the ECU is stock but I think when you change something on the car it`s good to change also some settings into the ECU.

You tell me....


My modifications are:

*short ram intake system with headers and sport filter Injen
*exhaust system is Milltek with the pipe diameter of 3.00”(76,20mm) and tailpipe of 100mm
*intake kit system is Injen and it`s a "W/Intercooling piping”
*HKS Super SQV (Super Sequential Blow Off Valve).
*exhaust insulating wrap by Thermo-Tec and I wrap the headers
* racing clutch Sachs sintered metal plates

Hi Guys,

I change my old ROM with version 88840017 last weekend as I write it before..

First of all "check engine/service engine light (trouble code)" after reflashing was off. (this was a very good thing 4 me)

After some small checks of the engine behaviour after reflashing I took the car out for a test.

First I noticed that the boost was lower than before. From 22 PSI that I had with the older map now I`ve see no more than 18 PSI at the max in the 3th or 4th gear full throttle.

Changing gears time interval become longer than before.....but I do not mind for now.

Still... the car throttle and the torque seems much more linear than before.

The car response is prety good even if my turbo boost declined.

I noticed also that my idling issues with engine stalling or stumbling associated with sudden imbalances in air/fuel ratio disappeared entirely and the car evan if I was at 7000 RPMs get my foot from throttle the engine RPMs remain at the right possition and never under 900 RPM value.

After around 40km drive (25 miles)..... "check engine/service engine light" was on again.

In the same momment I start to face the same problems with engine stalling or stumbling idling. For example at 2 from 8 lights... when I was forced to stop the car....my engine RPMs indicator was going below the 500 RPMs and after raise at 900 RPMs and stabilize.

Thanks to Todd6027 I flashed today the same map with rear o2 disabled and the engine light code become off again after reflashing.

Please tell me if I have O2 sensor disabled.......I must chech something special with the car behaviour? If the O2 sensor is disabled what I must expect in therms of engine operating parameters??

I want to make a test drive soon as possible....
