adjusting clutch switch for NLTS

Hello Everyone.
I installed theramod 5.1 on my car. and my clutch switch engaging so high. as I understand there are 2 clutch switches? one on the bottom of the pedal and on on top? So the NLTS uses top switch? What are those both switches used for? Can we somehow adjust the NLTS clutch switch to engage a little later down? or maybe switch it with the bottom switch? Please let me know what is the best way to do this.
