Evoscan disconnects during full throttle

I've had this issue happen for the first time last week, happened again last night. I e-mailed Hamish but haven't received a response on it.

The issue i'm running into is I have Evoscan logging, working perfect at idle and cruising, as soon as I go to full throttle Evoscan logs the first bit then disconnects..I keep getting "check FTD4-1 status" and another disconnect note to that effect.

Also I note that Ecuflash doesn't pick up on the tactrix cable anymore either. The fix has simply been to swap the cable out to a different com port, which works temporarily then it disconnects again. Is it a computer problem with the driver for the cable? My cpu uses Vista.

Any ideas/suggestion appreciated...thanks.

have you tried re installing the drivers? weird that it wont pick up the tactrix cable anymore you can go in and check what ports everything is assigned to. personally i would rather have xp than vista

If ECUflash doesn't pick up the cable anymore, I think something is loose in regards to the cable. Or something is wrong with your computer.
