changes in fuel map does not have effect . why ?

hi all ! my car is stock evo 9 mr . cat deleted and running 1.3 bar boost. (modified restrictor near the turbo). when i make changes on WG map ignition map and others there is some changes aplyed. but when i tryed to tune fuel map and monitoring result with innovate wideband the result was always the same . after 5000rpm goes 10.7 and after 6500 goes 10.2 . any ideas ? thanks !

there are 3 fuel maps on Evo9's, you need to tune the correct one for the changes to make a difference - which is the second one I think, but you should double check that so you dont mess things up.

when i open my rom in ecu flash i see 3 ignition high octane fuel maps and 3 ignition low octane fuel maps. but in fuel i see 1 high octane fuel map and 1 low octane fuel map. maybe something wrong with my definition file ? (i am using latest)

no this is correct, 6 ignition maps (3 high, 3 low) and 2 fuel maps (1 high, 1 low)

and i have tried to modify both maps (low octane and high octane) whole map decreased by 2 and nothing changes in my logs. some ideas ?

keep the low octane maps original, they are safety features for when the car is running poorly such as a bad tank of gas or too much knock. are you logging a wideband in your car with evoscan or some sort of logger?

i am logging using evoscan. and monitor by xd16 gauge too. maybe its needed some kind of ecu reset or something ?

two things, to go leaner you would increase the numbers in the map, 2, did you increment by two whole numbers or two bumps of the key?

ok. if number in map was 9.8 after modyfiing it was 11.8 and nothing changes. also putting 7.8 does nothing ,same result. and other question when i log LOAD which parametr need to log LOAD CALCULATED ?

Are you changing a whole range of load sites or just one or two?

Are you shutting the key off after the reflash? I did not shut mine off one time and the changes didn't take effect.

You mean black connector near obd ? yes.

today i will try retune ignition and then try to tune fuel again and will post result (will rewire wideband )
