basically you patch what's missing, i.e. if you have no cat, you will need to setup the rear o2, if you have no EGR, you will need to patch that, etc.

Well when it comes to computers I'm a complete idiot. All I can do to a computer is screw it up so I stay away from them. The car is 2004 RS, has Buschur V-band exhaust and Buschur FMIC with upper and lower intercooler pipes plus intake. The car does have FP4r cams, Supertech springs and ARP head studs and 9 BOV rest is stock.

if you have a cat, you should be fine, though i'm not sure the effect those cams will have on your emissions. assuming you pass visual you should be good to go. none of that other stuff will effect how clean it burns.

How are you guys generating patch tables applicable to specific ECU internal IDs? I have 96420008, but there is not a patch table coded for that internal ID.

This is the only part here that is tripping me up. The rest of the changes I'm not worried about. Thanks a bunch guys.

You will need to convert to a Tephra V7 ROM like 96530706 before you can patch the smog settings.

Has anyone run into any problems with having the o2 sensor "not ready" even though the tune is enabled and set to pass?

I thought I had actually got it but apparently not. I'm able to bring up the tables in Ecuflash, set every parameter correctly for supported and/or pass. After reflashing, my car doesn't pass the readiness test through my OBD scanner.

Just to clarify on the 94170008 ROM you cannot just apply the patch you have to convert to tephra v7 then apply the patch? I did the patch step by step and I can control what's available or supported but cannot control weather they are in a ready state even the the tables are properly placed

I've read and read and searched any help would be appreciated

I even plugged my scan tool into that evo9 that failed and also my personal evo 9 that is also on the 2.0 SD which verified that only 3 monitors were even available and set to pass.

Although the obd Force Passed tables are already implemented into that ROM/XML, no matter what options I choose, nothing changes on my Scan Tool.

I did experiment with another buddies NON 3D speed density patched rom (88590015) and that seems to be working perfectly fine after I patched the XML to display those tables. At this point I'm tempted to just make an emission only tune in order to pass, then switch back to the 3D Speed Density. Unless of course someone has any ideas...
This is the same exact problem I'm having right now. I'm running a Speed Density tune. Internal ID is 88591715. Only 3 monitors show up as available on my scan tool and the rest are unavailable. Has anyone found a solution to this? Any help is greatly appreciated.
