No it's not for SD. Option 3, which says SD, is for SD.

Option 2 has the mods listed, and it is able to receive the input of the Omni 4 Bar MAP. That allows you to log boost, and if you like, use ECU boost control.

I was under the impression load limits were removed in v7? I scaled my maps to 500 and set the 1byte to 2byte load factor to 1.6 AND changed the values in evoscan to 1.6 yet my logs are still being clipped off at 379.2 load. any idea why this is? I cant tune like this, as its to dangerous... please let me know.

I think the load limit is only removed in the speed density code.

You'll have to do that removing the load cap trick as provided by mr banks.

Just a quick interjection, I know it's been discussed before. Just wanted to throw out there that the 9417- MAF version passed inspection in North Carolina today without a hitch. Good stuff.

ICS issue

Hi Tephra

I upgrade my 88570008 with your 88591715. I am not sure if I set up some thing wrong. The ICS switch seems like doesn't work anymore. Do you have any idea about this.

Kind regard

Hi Tephra

I tried the 88580714, it works fine but every time after I turned the valet mode on with engine running the engine light will comes on. The code are O2 sensor bank1 and EGR valve.
Any idea please.
Also I don't have dual BCS , does it matter.

Thanks

mark

Hi Guys,

Been playing on the V7 (88590715) for a while now and have some Q's. (Cars OEM rom is 88590016)

1. are any other tables affected if i rescale the "Max WGDC vs Coolant temp"?

Current is from 68*F - 180*F. and run 0 till 158F. so wanted to rescale from 122-240ish as it will be good to have lower WGDC in the higher temps for safety and I never boost under 177*F anyway.

2. I am getting these error codes everytime i start the car (Even if I bump start it) as I thought it might be the battery dropping low on cranking.

P0107 manifold absolute pressure/ barometrtic pressure circuit low input

and

P0462 Fuel level sensor circuit low input

Then the last one I am getting is p0603 code. this one is irrigular and have never gotten one on a bump start

this is a bit worrying as it is the ecu Keep Alive Memory (KAM) Error.

Only been getting these errors since the V7 was loaded. heard the immob can cause some odd errors, not sure if that would cause these?

Does anyone have any advice for this? thanks

thanks
Mike

The 965XXXX v7 mods rom is set up for PSI based boost and the tables are scaled for the Omni 4 bar from the get go?

I'm just now coming back to this and trying to port my stuff over from the V7t6. I made my PSI tables read a certain way so that I would know what they meant. (And not forget to add - what I added with the [boost adder] table. Also does the boost adder table still work as it originally did in the beta version of the rom? (It was set to [18.0] in this one, and I had mine set differently for my elevation + increase in table space for more boost before. I think I had it set to [16.1])

I was scratching my head for about 15 minutes then I checked the scaling on the map and found the issue. It was also a little tricky to bring up my old rom since it inherits from the new "v7" and the tables on the old one don't show correctly. I just flipped the t6 to a new rom ID and have been plugging away trying to make sure I don't forget anything.

It's been a process since I haven't touched any of this all winter.
