Need help from a guru!!
I need some help from a guru that is able to hack a denso ecu and make a definition file so i can tuned using either ecu flash or some other type of software.

You are asking that for which ECU?
The Evo ECU dissasembly/reverse engineering isn't even finished so asking that for a completely new ECU is in some way hopeless.
This is a VERY LONG work and won't happen unless you pay someone, or get very lucky
