Tons of good info in here...Hopefully what you just said above, Freddie, will fix my fuel issues too...Even though, as far as I know, the Tial Q wasn't opening at all during idle with the 10 psi spring...oh well back to a recirc bov for me...

all these numbers!!... ok so right now my trims are -10 for low and mid... and my car idles fine... my afr map don tmatch the wb readout..

i just dont understand the importance of all this... last year when i had few idle issues on new motor i went threw all this and cleared it up..but eventually the trims fell below negative from where they started anyway

so plz tell me again why is it necessary to rack your brain for 0% low and mid and afr maps that are dead on with wb?

I can't say yes because Im not 100% sure, but the main tune was done with an evo 9 bov recirculated and it was still such high scalings. He then used a friends short route piping and tial until he got the one in he bought and it was going even more rich. I think id have to scale around 900 on 1000cc injectors to get it close to 0 on e85.
Next time I work on it Ill do a bunch of diagnostics on it. I was just curious if someone else had run into a similar issue. Boost leaks weren't present but maybe one popped up afterward.

Using those values for 943 scalling I come up with 2% low trim and a .3% mid. the original values with 725 scalling listed earlier maxxed my trims out every time lol.

Do you think this is related to having HKS 272 cams? I had no problem getting the low trim dialed in using 725(731) etc scalling, but mid wouldnt come close until I got way up there in scalling.

Nope. Scaling will remain the same.
For interest sakes, what are you currently using? I'm at 735 on E85.

I was thinking <100 load it might has difficulty as it needing more fuel due the increased air flow due to larger displacement etc?

Hi,

Does anyone have any scaling and latency for RC1600's on Pump and E85?

thanks

Ok I need a little help diagnosing something here...I'm trying to help a friend of mine scale a set of PTE1200's on his IX but am having a little trouble. I started out with the scaling and latencies from this thread which seemed to be the most widely used out there for these injectors:
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/8794310-post98.html
But the afr just swings full lean on his AEM WB.
I brought the global down a good deal to see if I could even get it to register on the gauge but it just keeps going full lean. The thing is though, when I log it in evoscan the STFT hover around -2% to +4% and the ltft low on the first cycle settled on -4.8% which means I'm kinda in the ballpark and should at least be idling at stoich.
Does this possibly look like a bad sensor?

I'm assuming you want to know why all these numbers worked right? I'm pretty sure it has a lot to do with the MAF. But as far as having dead on AFR maps with the WB, it's nice to be able to plug in an exact number and get the exact AFR to come out when you need it.

Is that correct guys?

Hello guys I need your advice... Iīm doing an email custom tune. Right now i have a rom for my mods (Fp Black, Alky, kelford cams 272 and injectors 1,000cc). To be honest, I donīt know the brand of my injectors. The only that I have is the number cod: 17113744.

My actual injector scaling is: 914

Battery voltage:
3.312
2.184
1.632
1.104
0.912
0.600
0.552

I read this post and I made some changes for brake in my new engine and donīt run rich. With those chages In idle the car was great (14.7-15 afr), but when WOT is lean:
Injector scaling: 835
3.312
2.184
1.344
0.840
0.552
0.408
0.240

Right now I have the first scales (914) and car in idle is 12.3 AFR. I think is too rich. But I need the car run richer than before because not too lean like it was with the (835 scale).

What can I do??? If I chance the scales (scaling and battery voltage) do I need some changes with the both fuel maps???

A dieing wideband sensor? There are some really good youtube vids on how to test an aem uego. Just...be careful if you start dousing rags in gasoline.
