Aaron, you continuously provide some of the best data and information of anyone who has ever posted on EvoM. My opinion of course, but I'm sure that many other readers enjoy what you share. Thanks for all you do.

Thank you very much Tom As you could probably tell I was the little kid that always asked WHY? I like to know, I like the answers and exploration that it brings.

They are turned stock aluminum as far as I can tell, but I would presume its CNC'd:

Here is the rest of the flow sheet unimpeded by any injectors:

What I meant was the tip where the fuel comes out. I noticed that the 1050's and 1150's that I ran in the past had hand ported tips. Are the bosch offereings from FIC more of the same or CNC'd like the ID's?

Nozzles looked identical to my untrained eye. I will pull them back out and do a side by side if I get a chance.

Aaron, should I sell my 1650's to pick these up from a tuning standpoint as I havent installed them yet? The car will ONLY see e85-98.

Indeed, the easytune made the FIC1650s go from complete garbage, impossible to start (especially when hot), to near-stock driveability under all conditions.

We'll be selling the 1650s & easytune over the winter and putting the 2150s in, not that we're unhappy with how the 1650s are working for us now that the easytune is installed, only because we're at 98.8% duty cycle and we'd like to get some more out of this setup.

This is why I am curious to hear Aaron's reply. If I have to pick up an EasyTune to make these livable I will just bite the bullet for a little more and get the 2150's.

The 1650s support 671whp+ with twin pumps (in parallel) pretty easily. The FIC 2150s are nice if you have even more pump and need to supply 750whp or so. Your 4088 could concievably be able to do that at full boost. I like how easy these tune on gasoline which is the primary advantage I think. An EZtune would be able to make the 1650 do it as well though I would surmise. I would say buy once, these will be the last injectors you ever need short of going to a full track only setup.

My current math seems to point to them being out of fuel (assuming sufficient pump) this side of 1000whp. Some of it depends on the engine build and fuel being used. A high compression purpose built engine that is "custom" if you will make more power than something that is basically off the shelf regardless of fuel requirements.

I will try to get Lucas' IDC from his 766whp pulls for reference.

Would like to see this info, looking like our motor is going to be 9.5:1 compression on e85 with a 71mm and a pretty radical head running around 45-50psi, im looking at these or the ID2200 but we are against a dual rail mani at this point if we can get an injector to support that kind of power

Arron when i talked to you i was told you guys have made 768whp with 1450cc but they were DONE lol and didn't recommend pushing them that hard of course.... Well i got a set thinking they would be enough for my setup and I am maxed out on E85 at 38psi with twin pumps and the 1450s.. hit 101% duty cycle last night and started leaning out!!! Id like to be able to get some more out of this setup so what injectors do u recommend now? Go for the FIC 2150s? Or?? All i run is E85 BTW.
