If he is talking about periphery FAA bit 4 setting to be 1, it is already set to 1 at my rom.
Can you please describe Roadspike's fix in detail if it is related to the boost error problem?

The main problem i had was setting up the blasted boost Error and desired boost table to take into account that its psiA which is NOT psi.
So i had to add 14.5 psi to my base adder to directly control boost as needed.

I think I found the problem !!!
Roadspike gave me a hint about the boost adder.
I checked my boost adder scaling, and it was set to PSIa8 OMNI4 barMAP !!!
It is supped to be a 16 bit value not 8 bit value.
So if I change that 14.7 PSIa in 8 bit value to 16 bit value, I get 3766.9 PSIa !!!
No wonder why boost error was stuck at mininum, I can never reach the target boost which is the addition of boost adder and boost desired engine 'psi' value.
Ah, I am so sorry for causing extra work to tephra and other members here.
I will test this out tonight see if it is solved.
Thanks for the help !!!

Ok, one more quick question about the gear based boost. Say I want my 1-3rd gear to boost higher than 4-5. I would utilize the low gear range to represent 1-3rd, utilizing the low WGDC correction range? High gear would be the opposite? I was assuming this was the theory behind the gear based boost?

I'm assuming you setup the boost error tables correctly to handle changes in boost.
Now when you have the boost error correctly set you can setup the wategate duty and max boost in the right hand table here to be lower for gears 4 and 5 than the first three.
My example image shows a constant 30 dropping to 27ish psi but you don't have to follow that at all :P
