Can't read the ROM from ACD ECU
Hi.
I have Mitsubishi Lancer VIII and need to read firmware from ACD ECU. I have Tactrix Openport 2.0 and hand-made adapter for ACD ECU (25 pin in ACD to jack 2.5mm in Tactrix). When I trying to read, I have these in EcuFlash log:
My system is Windows 7 64-bit.
What I do wrong? I read some topics, maybe 11.5-11.7V power is too low for reading? Can I read firmware without disconnecting ECU from car? Also I tried to connect to the ACD in EvoScan in mode "Mitsubishi MUTIII" (because car without CAN) and OP2.0 and got J2534 error 16. Maybe failure in drivers? Because in device manager I see Tactrix with question mark, but in EcuFlash and EvoScan it successfully visible.
UPD 11.03: In my opinion, Tactrix is working fine on Win-7 x64, because I try it to read firmware from Subaru STI 2002 - successfully and easilly.
I checked wiring diagrams and found, that 46 pin from the ACD is connected to the OBDII connector 1 pin - but on this car OBDII connector was absent. Maybe I can't read firmware because need to connect 1 pin from Tactrix to the ACD 46 pin?

I disassembled it and seen, that it is not original Mitsubishi ACD, it is EMD, which tuned by Klaus. Who's work with this ECUs? How I can connect to it? Inside I seen mark "Bluetooth transmitter" and code for connect, but when I input this code in my phone, while trying connecting to the EMD, I got error - wrong key.
I'm waiting for Klaus answer, but maybe forum members know about this ECU.
And also, I checked OP2.0 in Win 7 x64 (with question mark) on Subaru STI 2002, successfully read firmware.

Hi everyone.
I spoke with EMD ECU author, he told, that I can't connect to the ECU for diagnostics. And now I force to search replacement for EMD ECU. Because of budget is too low (it's like always ), I am searching original Mitsubishi ACD ECU.
Main question - can I install any Evo 8 ACD ECU (with same connectors as my) or I need specific ECU, for example, which has been installed from factory (MR580146)?
AYC was dismounted, now left only ACD.

I have a jdm evo 8 gsr and replaced my sayc (actually two sayc diffs because both started clunking) with a torsen diff in an rs housing.
I believe 8/9 acd ecus use the same pinout. I had used an evo 9 sayc acd previously and have just switched to a non-sayc acd 8631A028.
It was cheap from ebay and there's an xml definition available so it can be reflashed with an op2 cable
