HELP: EVO8 way too rich between 1000-2000RPM

Hello guys,

my 2004 RS is running way too rich between 1000-2000rpm I basically think that I tried everything to source the cause for this issue, but everything failed.

car has HKs cams with 105 stamped on it (what duration are these?)
had AMS 680cc injectors, I swapped stock ones yesterday
replaced MAF with Omni 3bar map and ran 96531706 with phenem SD yesterday as well, running MAF or SD led to same result, to have this point clear, I moved into SD trying to eliminate the problem because it was there with the MAF.

replaced fpr, changed spark plugs, changed so many files, changed so many parameters, added more O2 control, modified the open loop load tables as well as the Open Loop throttle tables, changed the injectors scaling size, changed the Fuel maps, modified the load cells between 750 and 2000rpm and raised it to 15 then 15.7 also tried 16.5 from 14.7 and nothing solved the issue. I will change the TPS and the fuel pressure solenoid as well as the ECU. what do you guys think?
when cruising AFR reach 10:1 using wide band btn 1000-2000RPM tps open 10-26% after slow driving (traffic) when I go into idle, it idles at 11.1:1 then slowly after like a minute or so starts to go to where it should be 14.7-15.5:1 (stoich) then drive and it goes back to 10-11:1 AFR, once I go over 2000RPM mixture leans out to logical #s about 14:1, but when I go back to below 2000RPM extreme Rich AFR comes back. car has HKS cams with no cam gears.

PEACE
NAB

im not a guru or anything, but my friends car had similar issues when we were dialing in the injectors and it seems like a voltage latency issue.

thank you for the reply, I had that doubt for a bit, that is why I swapped back to teh stock injectors with the stock injectors voltage latency table, but problem persist.

Thank you

I was going to suggest latencies too.

problem sourced, (it was lack of reading :-( ) I read more and searched harder and found that it was related to the SD tuning menu
SD MAP sensor VE and Calibration
SD RPM VE
and the jitter Fix1,2 and 3. I thought the way it was set was the right way till I read that I have to change the values

Thank you guys for everything.
PEACE
