No love for 08 Evo X?
I am trying to upgrade to the latest and greatest 08 stock map but I cant seem to find the definitions anywhere.
Can anyone share a tephra modded 52680024 stock map and definition? (52680124)

So I prepaid for Tephra V2 but been getting along ok with Tephra V1 for now until the MR's are supported with the latest updates. Benchflashing my 2011 down to a 2010 has been trouble free.
I have a customer wanting map switching between pump gas and E85, can I downflash his 2014 MR down to a 2010 MR Tephra V1 rom without having to benchflash? I can't remember if I read anyone doing this from the latest version of ECUFlash without pulling the ECU from the car on a 2014 or not. I can confirm that just last week I flashed a 2011 down to 2010 in the car without any issues.

I guess I should have looked at this thread:
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ec...rom-evo-x.html
Only question is that I believe that the latest ECUFlash updates might allow more in car flashing without bench flashing which I will have to test.

Are Tephraxmod roms known to be compatible with Windows 10? I am trying to help a buddy get set up with v1 until the SST is supported in v3 and everything works fine on my computer, but his shows all tephra roms as unknown rom image. We've put all the necessary files in the correct places.
thanks

Thanks for the response. You are correct.
He finally figured it out after he left today. He had originally told ECUflash to look at a custom folder for the defs and was working properly for his stock rom because he put some goldenevo xmls in there. It held that setting through multiple uninstalls/installs of 1.44 and 1.42. I didn't think it would have kept custom settings and overlooked it.

Question,
I have a 2010 SE. When I go to pull the rom it says it's an unknown image. I've tuned multiple 08 GSRs and tons of VIIIs/IXs. I'm sure my files are all up to date. Does anyone know if the special editions have a different rom loaded onto them? I don't like just flashing a rom onto a car without having the factory file just in case something goes wrong in the flash. Especially since it's my daily.
Thanks guys

I am ready to ask some dumb questions. I have been using Cobb accesstuner since '12 when I bought the car and have literally tuned/flashed my ECU hundreds of times (around 200). Since I am thinking of moving to E85, Tephra is the only true answer for anyone looking to maintain control of their ECU. And this is where my knowledge nose-dives.
I don't see 2012 USDM MR being listed as supported (TephraXMod v3) but 2013-2015 MR is supported.
Previous thread above shows:
USDM 2012-2014 MR interchange
Does this indicate that I can flash my ECU with a 2014 targeted v3 tune because it is a "crossover ROM" ?
It looks like 2011 and 2012 are the only years not supported for the MR for build years 2008 through 2015. I am confused.
I want to switch over all my maps, and start taking advantage of the increase in control with evoscan/tephra.
Thanks!

Never met such a problem ?
If you turn off the ignition when the air-conditioning and engine cooling fan , the engine stops and the fans continue to work without the ignition.
The problem is not always the case.
If to throw off the terminal of the battery then the fans stop.Or if you start the engine and turn the air con off it also stops.

Maybe it's in the firmware ?

It's odd, but definitely seems to be Mitsubishi-intended behaviour. It's not a fault or a bug.
