Anything? I managed to pull the ROM from another friend's Airtrek via the exact same methond. We'd really like to remove the speed cut and retune for our pump 91.

You can use everything from GregM, rom and xml files
If you do that, only require to change the following in his xml files:
<flashmethod>mitsukernelocp</flashmethod>
to
<flashmethod>mitsukernel</flashmethod>

He didn't post his rom.
I tried replacing the stock xml in the airtrek folder with his and that still wouldn't open the rom. Any suggestions on how to go about this?

no point using my rom, and not sure if you should put the 89970010 rom in your ecu, as I know nothing about your rom. I'm assuming compatibility, but can't guarantee. Its up to you if you try, but if you want the stock 89970010 rom to try, let me know and I can send it to you.
I also tried opening your rom various ways and was unable to.

P0403 Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Control Solenoid Circuit Fault code
Hi there,
I have disabled the EGR in the original ecu, and downloaded the file to ecu. When I started the car, the check light ON.
Evo scan gives the following error;
-P0403 Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Control Solenoid Circuit as shown below
I than downloaded a file that had egr disabled from forum and downloaded this file to ecu. Still the check light was on with following errors
I have attached the file that is downloaded to ecu.
Any help will be much appreciated.

That file originally has the EGR bit enabled-just the EGR tables are zeroed out. If you change the bit to turn off the EGR totally (which you have in your file) you will get a check engine light. Is your EGR hardware removed? because i dont think you can get around it - which i why in the original file the bit is still set at 1

Thanks.
I have downloaded the file you sent me but still same error.
I have removed all the hardwire meaning ERG, boost and FPR solenoids and their wires are not connected to anything
