I´m having the same issue at similar boost and maybe a little less whp, so just to get it right: You resolved this by gapping to 0.20 - 0.22 AND going back to 7 heat range right? Did you try again with the BPR8ES with the 0.20 - 0.22 gap?

I was running BPR8ES gapped at 0.24 with almost no problems, them the plugs needed changing and I went with BPR8EIX (iridium) and can´t get reliable wot pulls, have tried gaps from 0.20 to 0.25 and no change, changed coils back to stock (curently running Okada Plasma dual coils) and no change. Only momentary cure was to change the plug leads from Magnecor KV85 back to OEM but after a couple pulls the problem was back! So changed back to Magnecor and get the same results, maybe 1 in 5 pulls goes ok.

Thanks for your help,

Ricardo
