can't connect to anything

I've sent two support tickets to evoscan and they haven't replied back to me...

The first time I used evoscan I was able to connect to my car fine, but EcuFlash wouldn't work. Now, neither one will connect to my car. This is what i'm getting from EcuFlash:

[13:58:39.420] sending init sequence 1 (0001)
[13:58:42.680] sending init sequence 1 (0003)
[13:58:45.940] sending init sequence 1 (FFFF)
[13:58:49.201] sending init sequence 1 (F0F0)
[13:58:51.946] no response to any known code
[13:58:51.946] interface close

I have tried driving my car around to charge the battery, and running jumper cables while trying to connect so its not a voltage problem. I tried using an older version of ecuflash (1.29a) and uninstalling/reinstalling the drivers. I also used ECU Unlocker with EcuFlash to no avail. When I plugged the cable into my laptop the window popped up saying it was installing the new drivers so i'm pretty sure the cable is fine...i'm all out of ideas.

I got the same issue... Did you come up with anything yet?
