Any fixes for stalling with 96530706 or 94170715
I have searched and searched. My 94170715 rom works great in my 05 except for occasional idle stumble and stalling. It only occurs if you give the car a little gas and then immediately push in the clutch. This situation only occurs while parking (like going up a driveway). My idle is fine otherwise. My BISS is adjusted. FWIW I started with 96530706 but the high cold idle drove me nuts. After switching to 94170715, my cold idle issues were much better. However, the stalling I described happens in either rom.

I'll give you a hand....I just need to get back to my laptop to recall the exact table you need to adjust.
Simply adjust your throttle tip.
Give me a little bit....being deployed keeps me from easy access to my laptop and the internet.

I had this same issue and I got rid of it by doing two things.
first was to fix a big leak I had at the EGR valve. Second was to replace my buschur intake with the OEM intake tube.
Not only did changing the intake fix the stalling issue but it also increased driveability. the car would buck previously at low/slow speeds with the buschur intake, with the stocker its butter smooth.

Is your BISS adjusted to 850 or to what you have specified in your ROM (if you changed it)?
And you can use the ISCV tables to help with stalling issues.
Increasing your timing below your idle RPM can help.
Making sure your fuel trims are on and a lil massaging of the MAF tables near idle hz can help also.

My BISS is adjusted. My desired idle rpm is 953. I will play with the ISCV tables and increase my timing which is currently 7 degrees in the idle and low rpm ranges. My MAF compensation table was adjusted a long time ago for my intake.

And the timing increase Im talking about isnt increasing it at idle. Its increasing it below your idle rpm/load cell. This helps prevent stalling. So if at idle, your 40load/1000rpm cell and have 7 for timing there. Put in 10 or 12 at 40load/500 or750rpm cell and at 30load/1000rpm cell.

The "hardware" the EDM 96537006 was programed to run is different from the hardware it is running on your USDM evo.
Are you still running EGR? Listen to Boosted on Biss, that is the most logical and well documented place to start.

I should note that my idle is rock steady in every other situation except for when I clutch in after giving a little gas. My idle is fine when I coast to a stop at an intersection.
