Messed up 96260007 maps
Hey there! This is my first post on EvoM, I hope it doesn't sound too noobish.
I recently bought a 2004 JDM Evo 8 MR and I'd like to *consider* messing with the tuning a little bit. I got a 1.3U cable and EcuFlash and managed to finally read the ROM (after going through multiple EcuFlash versions until finding 1.29a that works).
The values I see on the fuel maps look like they're real values, but the load and rpm values are completely wrong. I then look at the ignition maps, and they're totally wacky.
According to EcuFlash it's a 96260007 ROM, and these screenshots are taken with the latest release version of EcuFlash (not the one I used to read the ROM from the ECU).
Can anyone tell me what could be wrong here?

RoadSpike, you are a legend. that all looks much better now!
In case anyone is curious, this is what the stock fuel map and ignition map look like.
I'm taking it in to Croydon Racing Development (in Sydney) next week for a tune, so I'm keen to install TephraMODv7 and muck with it a little before I deliver it to them to get it fixed properly.
