installed FP red and then tuned it...
OK so I installed an FP red 84mm comp cover today.
I then slowly increased boost until the injectors hit 100% duty cycle ( stock injectors )
Which happened at 21 psi...
I did notice something that I found interesting, I was able to run much more timing than on the evo 9 turbo with the same boost.
Also the car pulls like a beast
I have a set of denso 720's laying around but I am having trouble finding solid lateny numbers for them.
You thoughts????

Of course its making more power way less back pressure on the system increases flow in the engine resulting in lower combustion temps, increased timing, and better overall power.
Scale your denso's to about 660 and add around 400ms to all values in the latency table and go from there.

I had in a set of 780's with my Red and even with methonal injection I maxed those out at 28psi...I've now got in a set of 1K's

Here is the dyno sheet.
EVO 8
FP red 21 psi
intake & exhaust
walboro 255
MBC
stock injectors 109% duty cycle LOL
all the timing it can stand
keep in mind that the car still has stock cams and 2 adults riding in the car thats why the weight is so high.
I am putting in FIC 1050cc injectors and switching to e85 later in the week will post that info as well.

OK so 1050cc injectors in, 24psi, 13 degrees max timing with -4 degrees at peak torque really rich 10.1 afr
This is my base line pull and its less power than the 21psi pull above due to much less timing and a real FAT afr.
will post next revision tommorow.
