LC-1 serial output not same as DB gauge in Evoscan
As the title says.... The evoscan display does not match my LC-1 DB gauge. My logs show .2 to .3 leaner vs the gauge at all RPMs and loads. Is it safe for me to assume that the serial output is a more correct number vs the guage?

edit:
Answered my own question using the POWAH OF GOOGLE. Yes, it is analogue only. So you're not comparing "gauge to EvoScan" - you're comparing LC-1 "analogue to serial". And your analogue output relies on all that fun grounding stuff to be accurate. My guess is that your voltage reading is offset by a fixed amount. The serial reading will be the accurate one.
Try rejigging your DB wiring, eg. the earth connection - see if a different location gets you closer to the EvoScan display.
I actually ordered an Inno DB gauge. Right after I hit "buy", I noticed the "analog only" text, and pestered Innovate to change my order to a (much more expensive) XD-16... which works off the serial data connection. The funky tri-colour reprogrammable LEDs had nothing to do with my decision. Ahem.

Just tell the LC-1 to send a slightly higher voltage across the entire range, ie. shift the graph line up a wee bit.
Tweak it so that your gauge and serial are exactly in line. Then you can be 100% confident in your day-to-day monitoring.
