If you have too much fuel at startup, it's choking, and when you crack open the throttle, it's allowing air in to combust with the extra fuel of the larger injectors (if it's not scaled right or your initial priming is too much). I had to zero mine out when I upgraded to 1000cc injectors.

try bumping up the latency values below below 14v and see if that does the trick. do small increments at a time though... shouldn't take much to see if it works or not.

what you posted above are your injector latency value settings. ie the time the ECU adds to the IPW (injector pulse width). they corrolate to voltages located on the left side of the settings. what you want to do is look at the values that are below (less than) the 14v number. so for example, if .744 is your 14v latency value you would want to increase the latency value for 1.104 all the way up to 1.800. by increasing the value you are basically telling the ECU it needs to allow for more time for the injectors to open.

increase in small increments, I think you can increase these something like .016 at a time.

Thank you very much. I will give it a shot and see how it goes. Hope it doesn't blow up

it shouldn't blow up... catch fire and burn to the ground maybe, but it won't blow up.

if you are close by blue bell just bring your car over to my garage and I'll do it for you, lol.
