Problems with radiator fans (Want change values with ecuflash)

Hellos guys, I have a problem.

My car had overheating problems a couple of weeks ago. It turns out that the radiator was bad and had to change the radiator and thermostat. My car is a JDM Evo 4 and buy a new thermostat for Evo 8 (thinking they were equal). When I compared the evo 4 thermostat active at 76.5 ° C and the Evo 8 is 82 ° C. Now radiator fans of my car when activated is never turned off.

I think this problem is because the temperature is above the original temperature of the car (76.5 ° C), so the fans never turn off. then, could be arranged by changing the values of temperature in the map of the car with ecuflash?

thanx!

Saludos.

Thanx for your answer Jon.

But, i want to know what can I do with my problem?? i only change thermostat and i think that is the problem. I want to know how can I move the scale in ecuflash of the temp engine!

check the ecu coolant temp sensor in stat housing isnt disconnected or faulty (2 wire one).
fan shouldnt run till nearly 100c

what eng is in there as evo8 thermostat housing is completely different to evo4 and thermostat is bigger so physically wont fit

do not erase anything. in your original xml there's "</rom>" in the last line. just paste the text before that word
