Cannot adjust Rom

Cannot adjust Rom
i've been using ecuflash for a few years now and recently got back from deployment, while i was away i walked my wife through logging and uploading a remote tune from a reputable tuner on this forum.
the tune works ok, for what it is which was understandable since my wife was too afraid to do a full 3rd gear pull.
problem: so now when i open ecuflash and "attempt" to adjust or see any parameters, i cant. im showing as a developer on the admin level, but it literally shows none of the information besides the info being sent to and from the ecu. i initially assumed that the tuner locked my ecu, but he assures me that he did not... honestly now i dont kno what to do, since i will be installing an fp black this week and injectors, but dont want to have to wait until the "tuner" is ready before i can even attempt to drive my car
any help would be appreciated
