I hope this isnt noob stuff that will just **** everyone off. I have done tons of reading and searching before deciding to post this.

My car...92 GSX ross/eagle setup, stock head, 600cfm turbo, 3.5" GM MAF with 1G MAFT, RC 750cc injectors, 255 pump, AEM wideband. I think thats all the important stuff. I obviously have any other supporting mods. This is strictly a drag car.

I have the car idling on the EVO ECU with ROM ID 94170008. I disabled the immobilizer with flying colors so I think I have a grip on the .xml files.

Where do I go now? I have 12 codes stored for stuff like emissions and idle air controls that I no longer have. The idle started ok at 800 but worked its way up to 3000 before I shut it off.

I have not bought Evologger yet but I have the free Mitsulogger.
Knock sensor will be in after the holiday and I plan on trying a drive down the road.

I'm still not sure if the 1G MAFT is ok using it with an EVO ECU.

Id switch to SD or run an EVO Maf. You will need the knock sensor. And most of the 1g guys I know are running a 9653 variant.

List your codes, and anything related to them , that car has or doenst have. IE Idle control codes? Are you running and ISC? Its a drag car so id assume you have none of the emissions or egr stuff anymore as well. All of those can be disabled through the peripheries.

The rest of the codes are O2, EVAP and EGR codes that relate to stuff I dont have.

I do not have ISC anymore.

Now, I'm looking for info on how to change ROM's
