Stalling with A/C ON

Was wondering which tables in ecuflash i need to be playing with to tune this out. I've read all the cold start idle threads, and apparently the Desired ISCV Step Value table isnt exactly that, and that table is actually related to the ISCV Demand CTS Adder #1b if i recall correctly.

Issue is basically when I press the clutch in rpms drop too fast for the ISCV to catch, the lower the RPM is that i clutch in the worse it gets, under 2500 it will stall every time unless i blip the throttle. Above that is 50/50 whether or not it will catch or stall. Car has cams, light flywheel, bigger valves, intake manifold, just about everything to contribute mechanically to this idle nightmare.

Any suggestions would be great. Currently running 96534706 ROM.

Idle with AC on is set to 1242
Desired ISCV Initial Step for 122,171,180* are set to 120
Values in the ISCV Demand CTS Adder i think are 47.1 (%demand) for those same temps.

i have the same problem and i have BF BR272's. Its not as bad as it was when i first got it but i had to adjust timing from 0-70load cells and 0-70load/500-3000rpm at little richer. I have egr delete as well and i have triple checked boost leaks.

Car is on SD which you can tell by the ROM. Car is VTA, GSC S2 cams, yes ported head. Im really looking for what to adjust and make tweaks to. The car is a 1g DSM with EVO ecu. I have bumped up timing at 500rpm 0 - 70 load, and added fuel in those same areas. Its almost like id love to have throttle hang when the ac is on that way i know it will catch!

BTW it pretty much never stalls without the AC on. And wont stall with the AC cycling on/off while sitting at idle.

Oh yeah its a 2.0 9:1 compression. Stock Evo injectors, wally 255hp with SX afpr.

Looking at the WBO it appears like it "might" be decel fuel cut related some how as the afr goes off the gauge lean and she stalls.

Sorry for being a little off topic, but should the AC cycle on and off during idle? I just installed AC in my car, and adjusted the charge level so it wouldnt cycle on and off, so that it always blows cold air. 25-30 psi looks like its the sweet spot to have this effect.

I would check your psi?

Have you adjusted your isc steps? Sounds like u need to raise them. Log it w/ the air on an adjust accordingly.

The table is set to 80 steps. When the AC is not to Hi it cycles on and off briefly. And it recovers no problem. Its on clutch in that it stalls. Im pretty sure its fuel related at this point. Just trying to figure out if i should be adjusting a decel table vs my main fuel map at the loads and rpms mentioned previously.

I'm in the same boat as you. Driving me crazy. I spent weeks on trying to figure it out. I thought it might be SD related so went back to MAF today. Same problem....

Do you have a relocated battery in the trunk by any chance?

Getting ready to pay the guy that solves my issue

Same issue here. I have GSC s2's, 1mm oversized valves, slightly ported head

As soon as i turn on the AC or defrost the rpms drop and stalls
I've raised the steps a bit but i could try and go higher. I have not messed with the timing tho so maybe i'll try that

I have the same issue but haven't tried to do anything about it yet. GSC S2 cams, light weight flywheel, intake manifold, etc. I am still running stock maf with my Synapse DV recirculated. Usually when I am coming to a stop Ill turn the AC off real quick so I don't stall, sucks but oh well. Maybe Ill try and work on it this weekend...

Same issue here. GSC S2s, Competition Clutch flywheel, MAF. Had it happen three times on my drive home from the store yesterday. Already getting used to blipping it in corners to make sure I don't lose power steering.
