ecuflash and evoscan rich problem

Can someone PLEASE help me. Me and my tuner have gotten my car tuned ALMOST perfect, but we're having issues with it running rich above 5700rpm's no matter what. We have leaned it out, and leaned it out, but it seems as if the ecu is adding fuel on it's own?!?!? Can someone with experience with evoscan PLEASE tell me what's going on==?!!

I noticed that I'm maxing out my MAF sensor around 5000rpm's........ could this be the reason for it? As it's directly after that it starts running rich. I hold 11.7 after boost tip in, about 11.4 through 5500rpm's, then it drops to 10.4 to 10 flat by redline no matter what. My tuner usually tunes Subi's, and hasn't used evoscan very much, and said he didn't want to keep leaning out the fuel for safety reasons, especially since it's not responding to the entries in the fuel table. Any and all help appreciated, and my spark plugs will thank you.

Should we just keep pulling fuel?? Will it eventually start responding?

Found out the problem... nothing to do with the tune at all. Vacuum hose came off EGR. Put back on, zip tied.... all is perfect.
