Yes I'm pretty sure that my tuner gave me thew right V7. He has tuned many EVO's using v7.

Does anybody know where I can buy a "jumper" 3 wire wiring harness to connect the MAP Sensor to the ECU?

If I understand you right your sensor gives signal of 0.02V without power applied to it and 4.4V if powered by standard 5V.

With 5V applied and in atmospheric conditions your sensor yellow wire should give you value a bit lower than 1.168V. From what you reported above you get 4.4V (close to the max voltage the sensor can produce) in such conditions - hence it is most likely that the sensor is broken. Another option is broken harness or connector. I'd first check the harness and connector and if everything fine there, try to do the same exercise with another sensor. Just don't attempt it vice versa as if you have broken connector you can possibly damage any sensor you connect it to.

With 5 volts applied to the sensor (pin #81) the yellow wire coming from the sensor reads 4.4 volts

so what's that tell me?

Thanks to everyone for all their help. I finally found the problem. It seems that a previous owner decided to reverse the yellow and gray wires in the connector. I wired the Map sensor/harness corectly and the MAP sensor works great and logs now.
