So its time to find another WB02 to use for tuning.

My previous setup was Innovative LM-1, it was nice and worked for a few years without issues but then it stopped logging on any programs.

I sent it to innovative and they charged me to fix it, it returned only to work for 30 seconds before crapping out again with the same problem. I attempted to get in contact with them after with 0 response in emails or phone calls.

So at this point they can take a hike and shove this worthless POS where the sun don't shine. The shop machinist also had very little to say about the LC-1 which seemed to eat sensors like no ones business.

Which BTW, if you own a innovative WB you can get the same sensor that is sold by them from Autozone and O'Reilly for half the price or less. Part#Bosch 17014

So post up your experience with your current or past Widebands and vote what your favorite is.

I've had my AEM for around 15k miles or so...and never one issue at all...never had to take it out for any reason...and it's always worked when I've done logging with evoscan...

I had an LC1 and had a similar experience to yours, sent it in for a repair and couldnt get it to hold calibration. Sent it in for repair again and they sent me a brand new unit that I sold on the board.

Picked up a zeitronix ZT2, and have had absolutely no issues since I installed it ~3 years ago!

The aem uego has worked great for me for about 3 years. The only draw back ive had was getting it to log correctly on evoscan, never figured out a formula that would work right.

I've had my UEGO for 4.5 years now with no issues. So I'd go with that.

Are you using the wideband sensor as a replacement for the O2 sensor? Otherwise if you are just using it as a flat wideband there is no formula to make it log correctly.

Off of your list, I have used:

AEM
Zeitronix
Innovate LM1 & LC1

The one I feel is by far the best is the Zeitronix. Never any connection issues, no calibration issues. It just WORKS.

Then for me, the AEM comes 2nd with the innovate products coming last. The LM1/2 is nice as a portable tuning WB.

I use Zeitronix Zt-2 in my car for more than 12kmiles already and never had an issue, as well as with two same units in my friends' cars. No calibration issues, no installation issues, it just works, as Jay said.

AEM that I bought for a friend of mine (whose car I observe all the time) was broken from the day 1, actually it never got to work, so he had to switch to Zt-2 and never seen a problem with it.

Innovate LC-1 in the car of another friend of mine (same story as previous car) shows about 25% of strange values, which possibly show the need to re-calibrate it. I think necessity of additional actions is a drawback.

I had two LC1's crap out on me. The first in about 2K miles, the second in under a 500. My AEM has been in the car trouble free for about 12K

Zeitronix, hands down. I have used every WB on that list. AEM is the most notorious for killing sensors prematurely though. I had my Zeitronix for over 4 years with never a single issue and I never needed to calibrate it. Just before I sold my Evo, I had a spare sensor so I did a few pulls with the old one and then threw in the new one to see how "off" it may have been. Same results with the new one. I agree with Jay, it just WORKS...every time. Plus it has tons of added features at your disposal in the future.

I had AEM for 2 years no issues. I just got a Prosport Wideband so I'll report back how well it works.

I love my Zeitronix, no need to calibrate and lots of extra features like narrowband simulator.

Have had the NGK for years now and it has been damn reliable.

Have it wired and logging through ECU.

I've used PLX years ago in my DSM. Worked great, never had a problem for years.

I use the LC1 in my Evo. Maybe I'm a lucky one, but again has been working great for the past 4-5 years or whenever it just came out, same sensor from day 1.

I've used my AEM for close to a year and 20k miles. No issues. The display looks so low tech and it doesn't offer any fancy features. But if all you want is something to put in and log with I'd recommend the AEM. No BS theres only one way it works and thats the way it does it.

That said it does have narrowband simulator and a couple other types of output you can use.
