you would be doing your car a massive solid if you just ctrl c + ctrl v the stock mitsu timing map and pulled a few degrees from it.

if a pro did that as a paid service, don't bother going back to him. Speak to one of the many good guys on here who can either help you out or do a good remote tune for you. this is one of, but not the worst timing map i have seen. but don't stress about it, it's nothing that cannot be fixed

I know the tune looks a mess and it is haha, but the problem is that when the car is at 60% throttle the load is around 150 and starts knocking with mid to high rpms(3000-6000) but at the higher loads i hit at 100% throttle I don't get any knock, so thats why the timing looks all out of wack.

According to that timing map you will be getting knock at most thottle positions , mostly because your timing is jumping around so much.Take that link i posted and smooth it similar to the timing map halfway down the page , should be a good start for you , then come back and you can take the next step
