Log AEM UEGO in evoscan using analog output?

So I have done some searches and I haven't really found a "How To" yet. I'm wondering if it would be similar to MrFred's "How To" on the Innovate LC-1?

Any ideas?

yes - its the same process, different calculation in evoscan.....many have already done it, if you search that LC-1 thread you will probably find AEM info.

Hello

Which one formula shoud use in the Evoscsan to log AEM UEGO AFR with the analog output ? This one posted here : Base equation is 0.039137255*V+10

but in other topisc I saw 2 more : 0.03913*x+10 and 0.03137*x+10.0

Which is the most accurate ?! Thanks !

I did evertyhing how bvasquez12 link said in the #7 post but I have to use the formula in evoscan : 0,03913*x+10 to get exactly the same value in log as the gauge show Cool it is working.

Set it up just like the innovate. Works the same, just need a different formula.

BTW, i also have this working the same way using an aem oil pressure gauge. If anyone is interested in the formula let me know.

I know I'm bringing this post back to life but I tried it the other day and when the car was running basically in the 14.7 gauge range evoscan was showing me in the 10's I literally applied the instructions as per Darkmitsu posts and it's just way off.

have this been solved yet? I'm about to do the same to my IX, and as I'm reading from the link above, he only talked about wiring up the "WHITE" from the gauge to pin75 on VIII, which I believe will be pin73 on IX, am i right? But, he didn't say anything about the "BLUE" (the ground wire), do we just leave it alone or we need to have it grounded "bolted to somewhere on chasis"??

Any input would be extremely helpful, Thanks

The blue wire is serial output for logging to a laptop through a RS-232 plug. The black wire is the ground.

According to the AEM EMS instructions, pin 73 is Lambda #2 input for an Evo IX, which is the same as pin 75 for an Evo VIII.

Thanks for your input and I already got it confirmed as stated too

Now, I'm wondering if anyone figured out what was causing the mis-logging, such as 9.8, in evoscan? Was it due to the improper function or xml settings or wiring??
