2D and 3D conversion chart

Having some troubles with remaining bugs in the 3d version of speed density, I had to redo the conversion to 2d SD and I wanted to keep this simple. I created a conversion chart for 3D VE map. Play directly with input table, or with 3D VE table and it will calculate 2D RPM and MAP VE values.

Notes:
*For 3d VE, Extrapolate horizontally for the missing kPa axis.
*It obviously cannot imitate a real 3D table, but the result will be the best you can achieve with 2D x-y parameters.
*It will always calculate things so the max RPM VE is 100%. To do that, if the result is i.e. 150%, it'll bump all the MAP VE up 50% to get back RPM VE at 100%. Not needed but I like it better this way.
*I think jcsbanks did something like this but never posted his file

Good job! Not sure if I will ever use it, but it is nice to see people keeping the evolution going.

Awesome efforts here! I think playing with this could even help people understand the tables and their usage as well.

I assume the top chart is your 3D VE table? If so, you mislabeled the top axis as LOAD and its actually KPA on the 3D SD table.
