Help with some info

What's up fellas, my local tuner made a deal with me. Since he doesn't usually like to flash tune he told me if I buy all the equipment and software for him to tune my car he will do so no charge of Dyno time or tune.

So my question is
-what is the best tuning software for the Evo 8
-where do I acquire the software
-what cables do I need in order to flash
I'm sure I could look up the various bits and pieces to sum up a conclusion to answer my question but I would appreciate a quick and straight forward answer. Thanks guys

I'll be nice, but you should have looked at the Important ECU Thread Links stickied above.
