Presuming the motor is sound and compression/leak down are good then you might need to use det cans and drive around and listen for knock on pump gas. You will need to mess with the knock sensor settings a bit.
The knock voltage at 2 volts is a concern but you should be able to hear it if its real with det cans. Since you don't have BS and the motor is built its more then likely noise.
It will not knock with that timing on E85. You can add timing up until the cylinder head lifts and the gasket exits the building. Hope this helps.

Im going back to pump tonight to see if the problem is as prominent. I figure the way its acting that it will be a change in the knock settings which i dont do. I did up the threshold but nothing changed. Havent touched the multipliers.

Looking through my logs and comparing my zeitronix boost readings to my logged load, not every spot is the same. The areas around 300 load are pretty close. Maybe 1 psi difference. Timing in those areas are pretty much on the money but I have large areas with 2-3* so with that I can't say its truely hitting the same load cells. As I move along the map after 5k RPM where boost starts tapering to 25psi and lower, the difference in boost is 3-4 psi. I'll see 20 psi reading at 7k which should be 237 and my logged load is 216. Timing at 216 should have shown between 17-18*. It shows 14* which is is right at my 237 load area. Some of the load cells coming into boost aren't spot on with timing to load but I link that to poor resolution because i'll cover 1k rpm and 20 psi of boost in 5 cells.
This is quite strange and not something I've every noticed before. It very well might just be this car. Regardless, the areas where I am seeing knock are pretty close to the load cells it should be in and timing when it isn't knocking is on.

Have you boost leak tested the car during this session? 300 load seems high for 26psi.

I have the Merlins guide, just need to read that section.
I just took the car out on lunch break and did a few pulls on pump gas. I got rid of a bunch of the parameters so the resolution was much better. 3 pulls. 25-26 psi tapering to 20. 270 load down to 200-210. All 3 pulls showed knock in different spots. None of them were at 4600 RPM. 1 count at 3k coming into boost on one pull, 2 counts at 3500 on on pull going back to 0 by 4k, and 1 count at 7k on the last. All fuel is around 11.5-11.7.
It appears it must be something with the e85 and pushing it to 31 psi. Ive tuned it to 12:1 afrs on pretty much all e85 cars ive tuned with no problem. Now that I know pump gas is pretty much spot on, I might put e85 back in it tonight and try it again.

So after doing some pump gas pulls I got little to no knock. The customer picked the car up so I won't be able to jump back on e85 until this weekend at the shootout. I did read up on Merlins guide and logged Knock_Base and Knock_Filter_ADC. He explains that if the Knock_Filter fluctuates but doesn't go over Knock_base its false knock. There was one spot where knock_filter went over Knock_base but had 0 knock counts at lower RPM. However, seeing 1-2 counts of knock in higher RPMs, knock_filter never went over knock_base. I need to get e85 back in the car and see if it does on different gas and higher boost. If not I guess I need to start raising my multiplier.

A few quick comments:
Your load isn't dropping. You are running over the 1-byte load factor that you had set. When you change it, be sure to change it in your rom, flash, then change in Evoscan XML. Multiply 255 by your load factor to tell where the load will overrun in your logs. 1.2*255=306...1.3*255=332...1.4*255=357.
I noticed you stop the axes for your maps at 320. There was discussion years ago about whether hitting that would pull timing or not, but I don't remember the outcome. In any event, I would recommend that you adjust the axes to scale up to at least the load the car is going to run. You really don't need that much resolution in your axes. Mine personally after 100 load jump every 20 to 500. Of course, you can do as you wish, but interpolation will handle most of what you need.
