Boost on gauge doesn't match evoscan logs

I have an 8 turbo 9.8 running on wastegate pressure only. My STRI boost gauge reads 14psi of boost. Evoscan says 20psi. They don't match. I have a JDM MAP sensor. I dialed everything in for tephra V7. Any ideas?
Could it be because I left my ebcs ports not connected? Its still plugged into the harness to avoid SES lights.
