Tephrav7 reverting to small map?

Tephrav7 reverting to small map?
I was copying my original maps to the tephrav7 rom by phenem. I used the translator and smoothing tools. Copied into tephrav7. I saved it and closed. Now when I went to open it all the values in the tephrav7 map for fuel and timing are random numbers. Whats going on here? Did I do something wrong?
Original is 96940011
Tephra shows 96940011 as well
