EvoScan: Help or Point me in the Right Direction
Hey guys having some issues with EvoScan.
I'm somewhat familiar with the program and what not, already done a E8 with my previous computer.
Bought a new computer now trying to tune a E9.
Run Down:
EvoScan v2.9
06 9 MR 88590015 ROM
LapTop running Win7
- All USB Ports Work
- Can Write/Read with ECUFlash
Issue:
Will not datalog.
When trying to datalog it always shows MAX values for things like RPM and Knock Sum and gives me VD's of 1000+HP Graphs.
I've messed with the baud rate and from what I've found is I can only go up to 25000.
Anything more and the program doesn't connect to the ECU or is continuously "Reconnecting"
I've checked the MUT BAUD in the ROM and it says 25000, if I try to change it to 62500 like recommended it defaults to 50000. I've tried changing the EvoScan BR to 50000 and get not ECU connection.
I've even tried changing the ROM to 2Byte and changing the Logged parameters in EvoScan to 2Byte and still nothing.
Tried Logging without Screen and still nothing.
Any Insight or Help or Anything really is welcomed.
I've searched and most of what I've found is ppl complained about terrible logging and changing to 62500 Baud Rate and being OK.
