So let me get this correct, for verification.

While idling for 20 mins, you had STFT oscillating and the LFTF Low never changed?

Fired it up, no ltft after 5 minutes, drove another 20, no ltft, shut car off again for about 30 minutes, started up, no ltft, drove for about ten, idled again for about 5, and finally there was ltft. The whole time I had STFT and LTFT MID, no low. Fluke situation, but it happened when I reflashed the ecu, it was the same rom/maps I was already running, and have flashed several times in the last month, first time LTFT low has done this. So all I am saying is try to reflash again, and idle, try it several times. If it still doesn't read, you might have an ecu issue.
Strange. What MAF Hz values do you get at idle?

In my case no, they all stayed at 0
Today I'll try a different ecu, also a JDM E7 & I'll be converting to a 9055 SD rom. I'm not sure if I'll have enough time to fine tune the injectors, idling & cruising, but I'll keep an eye on both LFTF & STFT & CL AFR in general.

If this was for me, that is correct.

30-40 HZ. While driving the times I drove, the Mid changed like normal, Low just seemed to take a vacation for a while.

I swapped the ECU with an identical one, converted from a stock rom to a v7 SD rom, & now all the trims are working perfectly fine!
I'm going to calibrate the injectors a bit & then tune the car.

Did you try the same ROM that you weren't getting long term trims with? In other words did you verify if it was a software or a hardware problem?

No as I was running out of time, but I'm positive it was a hardware issue since the rom I used was 100% stock.
