just put your alt maps activation on a button and use your alt maps like that. easy enough.
i have that sort of setup in my launch maps, but that wont work if you are between gears while moving.

if you really wanted to implement that exactly like the wrx, it probably wouldnt be hard. lots of guys do that type of activation with stock ecus. the ls1 guys have been using it for nitrous enrichment for years. i know i could do it pretty easy on a 1g dsm ecu but im not smart enough to be able to dev on these newer ones with this fancier 16bit asm.

The best thing to do is just use Tephramod V7 launch maps and No lift to shift to hold boost between shifts. Other countries got real factory Anti lag systems and a few have been able to implement them on U.S. cars. You could also just wire up a switch to activate the ALT maps like Trendsetter said, but those maps should be used for alternate fuel like e-85 or i suppose meth injection...
