Evoscan DLL ERROR please HELP

Evoscan DLL ERROR PLEASE HELP Trying to reinstall evoscan 2,9 and im getting this error message ,,, im on windows 8,0 thanks

Never mind I believe i fixed it , What I did was go to temp folder and give permissions ,,,
