How to install Anti-Lag with EcuFlasher?

I want to get an anti-lag (not 2-step, just anti-lag) installed on my Evo, but I don't know where to start except for getting ecuflash.
Do I need a accessport?
Where do I start?
What setting/rpm do I need to put in ecuflash to reflash onto my car?

You cant just set "antilag" via software. You can do 2 step. Antilag consists of exhaust gas recirculating back into intake if im not mistaken. The evo 7 camr factory with it. Not 8 or 9 especially in the states.

Notice those tubes on the exhaust manifold? Yes tephra has option for it but its not just software.

Correct to the above, the USDM cars do not have the hardware installed for the anti lag system.
