actual ex vvt varies differently from target

Hello guys,

For my JDM 2015 evo x gsr which has stock setting, the actual ex vvt value changes differently from the target ex vvt value.

Below is my ex vvt table of 56870008. It's a stock setting.

And below is the graph at 3rd-gear WOT.

It seems that in the vicinity of 4500 rpm, the actual ex vvt value is dropped to -3.91 even though the target vvt value is 0.0.

For comparison, below is the graph at 3rd gear WOT of previous owned 2008 evox gsr.

Although it is natural, the value of actual ex vvt varies according to the value of target ex vvt.

I don't know why it occurs. What could be the cause of this? Where should I modify to fix this problem?

Thanks,
